Le Petit Tournon

My sister-in-law lives in a little village in France.  I haven't been there, but thanks to GrandDad I have a great photo of the picturesque place.  I decided to try another landscape paper cut.

My first try wasn't very successful.  So I remembered that it was all about light and shadow and redid the scene with less detail and a less literal interpretation.  I also used the white paper as the foreground instead of the back.  I like it a lot better.

You amaze me. That's simply amazing!

I'd love to see a step-by-step from paper to product. Especially the tools of the trade in the process.
Keep up the awesome work!
