Vintage fabric from Grandma's stash

Mom sent me this fabric.  It originally came from my Grandma A's basement.  She loved turquoise.  He bedroom and master bath were all turquoise.  But I can see why this didn't get used.  She was more of a cabbage rose lover than a mod paisley floral type person.  I love it.  Even though it is about 50 years old it looks good today.  So now the question is, what do I do with it?
