Florentine statue

The Wet Canvas challenge for October is a Florentine statue.  I cropped the image and painted it rather colorfully for a stone statue.  I did it quickly in an hour or so.  I like the way it turned out for a quick study.  It was fun to do something quick.  I've been laboring over a big piece with a lot of detail for awhile now.  It is getting close, but it will be awhile before I finish since I only work on it once a week in class.
