My favorite summer treat and so easy. You can get fancy, but I go for simple instead. There are similar recipes that call for kaffir lime leaves, much to complicated.Blend one seedless watermelon. Add one can of limeade concentrate. Freeze.
It's that easy. So tasty.

ooo- this ones great as well! What containers do you usually use to freeze. Ice Cubes holder? cups?
I use Ziploc storage containers that are about medium size and flat. Anything will work.
I find that it works best if I fill them 1/2 full and then stir it or scrape it up every couple hours while it is freezing. That fluffs it up a bit and makes it easier to eat.
